Retrokoklear lezyonlarda okülomotor test bozuklukları

Abstract

Santral sinir sistemini etkileyen retrokoklear lezyonların okülomotor test sonuçları incelenerek, okülomotor testlerin tanısal değeri tartışıldı. Gaze, saccade, tracking ve optokinetik testler 22 akustik nörinoma, 10 beyin sapı lezyonu, 10 serebellar lezyon, 7 serebral lezyon ve 15 multiple skleroz (MS) olmak üzere toplam 64 hastada ve 20 sağlıklı kontrol grubunda uygulandı. Santral sinir sisteminin farklı lokalizasyonlarındaki lezyonların okülomotor testlerin tümünü bozduğu ancak, değişik oranlarda etkilediği izlendi.

Oculomotor test results of retrocochlear lesions which affect central nervous system are studied to evaluate the diagnostic value of oculomotor tests. Gaze, saccade, tracking and optokinetic test were applied to 64 cases of retrocochlear lesions which were 22 cases of acoustic neurinoma, 10 cases of brainsteam lesions, 10 cases of cerebellar lesions, 7 cases of cerebral lesions, 15 cases of multiple sclerosis and the control group of 20 healthy persons. Although lesions of central nervous system of different localizations have corrupted all oculomotor tests but also affected oculomotor tests at different ratios.
