Türkiye'de ilk Sosyalist Hareket "İştirak Çerçevesi" nin Sosyalizm Anlayışı Üzerine Bir Değerlendirme

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de kendilerini sosyalist unvanı ile tanıtma cesaretini gösteren ilk hareket olan İştirak Çevresi hakkında bilgi vermeyi ve yayınlarından hareketle çevrenin sosyalizm algılayışını analiz etmeyi kendisine konu edinmiştir. Bu amaçla önce, Türkiye'deki sosyalist hareketin kurucusu olarak kabul edilen İştirak Çevresi ve bu çevrenin "reisi" Hilmi Bey hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ardından, İştirak dergisinin sosyalizm kavramı ve tanımlaması üzerinde yoğunlaşan 1912 yılı nüshalanndaki sosyalizm anlayışı değerlendirilmiştir. Yayınlarda, sosyalizm nedir, doğuş süreci nasıldır, sosyalizm ülkenin sorunlarına ne tür çözümler önermektedir ve ülkede sosyalist bir düzen nasıl kurulacaktır sorularına verilen yanıtlardan hareketle Çevre'nin sosyalizm algılayışı tartışılmıştır

This study aims at exposing the iştirak Movement which was the first organization to openly identify itself with socialism in Turkey, by analyzing its perceptions of socialism based on its publications. Firstly the article focuses on Hilmi Bey, the leading figure of the iştirak who also has been known as the founding father of the socialist movement in Turkey. Secondly, it examines three issues of iştirak magazine published in 1912, in order to understand how they perceived socialism. Based on this examination, the study attempts to find the answers to the questions such as "what is socialism, what solutions does socialism offer to the political issues of the time, how the socialist system would be introduced in the country?"
