Aç bırakılan ve beslenen Oncorhynchus mykiss' in kas dokusu yağ asit bileşimi

Abstract

Yağ asit içeriği farklı iki yemle beslenen ve aç bırakılan Oncorhynchus mykiss'm kas dokusu yağ asit bileşimi araştırılmıştır. Yağ asit bileşenleri, yağ asit metil esterleri kullanılarak gaz kromatografisi ile analizlenmiştir. Beslenen ve aç bırakılan balıkların yağ asit bileşiminde kalitatif olarak bir değişiklik meydana gelmemiştir, Tek çift bağlı ve aşırı doymamış yağ asit yüzdelerinin uzun süreli açlık periyodunda (28. gün) azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Beslenmede kullanılan hazırlanmış besinin ticari besine göre farklı bir etki yapmadığı saptanmıştır. Bu besinin yağ asit bileşimi yönünden balık beslenmesinde kullanılabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.

The fatty acid compositions of muscle tissue of Oncorhynchus mykiss starved and fed by two diets which have different fatty acid contents were investigated. The fatty acid compositions were determined by gas chromatograpliy of the methyl esters of their fatty acids. No qualitative variation occured in the fatty acid composition of the fish which were fed and starved. In this study, it was found that the percentages of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids were reduced in starved for along period (28'!lday). No different effect has been determined in the prepared diet used in fish feeding and it has been concluded that this diet can be used for fish feeding.
