Ender bir sekestrasyon olgusu

Abstract

Pulmoner sekestrasyon kronik öksürük, yinelenen infeksiyonlar ve hemoptiziyle karakterize konjenital bir akciğer hastalığıdır. Bu makalede hemoptizi şikâyetiyle gelen, intralobar sekestrasyon (İS) saptanan ve ameliyat edilen bir olgu sunulmuş, tanı ve tedavi yöntemleri literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışılmıştır. Olguda sekestrasyonun intralobar ve sağ akciğer alt lobda yerleşmiş olması, ayrıca damarlanmasının da abdominal aortadan olması ilginçti.

Pulmonary sequestration is a congenital lung disease which is characterized by recurrence infections, chronic cough and hemoptysis. We presented a patient with hemoptysis due to intralobar sequestration. The patient underwent operation, diagnosis and treatment methods were discussed in light of the literature. It is interesting that, the sequestration is placed in the inferior lobe of the right lung and the vascularization is from the abdominal aorta.
