Meslek ve Ahlak: Öğretmenlik Mesleğinin Ahlakı Olabilir mi?

Abstract

Toplumsal yapının en genel görünümlerinden biri meslek, diğeri ise ahlâktır. Meslek olarak öğretmenliğin bir ahlâkı olabilir mi? Bu makalede, bu soruya yanıt aranmaktadır. Çalışmamızda birer toplumsal olgu olarak bilinen meslek ve ahlâk ile öğretmenliğin ilişkileri irdelenmektedir. Böylelikle, öğretmenliğin meslek ahlâkı olanağı tartışmaya açılmaktadır.

Ethics and the profession are the two general aspects of social structure. The question “can teaching as a profession have ethics?” is mainly dealt with in this paper. Relations between teaching and the social facts, ethics and profession, are examined in our study. Doing this, the possibility of teaching’s Professional ethics will be opened to further questioning.
