Adölesan dönem üreme sağlığı sorunları ve etkileyen faktörler

Abstract

Adölesan dönem biyolojik, fiziksel, sosyal ve psikolojik açıdan bir gelişme ve olgunlaşmanın meydana geldiği, çocukluktan erişkinliğe geçiş dönemidir. Bu dönemde yaşanan üreme sağlığı sorunları, adölesanların var olan sağlık sorunları arasında önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Bilgisizlik ve erken cinsel aktivite adölesan dönem üreme sağlığı sorunlarını etkileyen önemli faktörlerdendir. Bu faktörlere bağlı olarak yaşanan adölesan gebelikler ve cinsel yolla bulaşan hastalıklar adölesan bireylerin hem mevcut hem de gelecekteki sağlık durumlarını olumsuz olarak etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle adölesan dönem üreme sağlığı sorunları önemle ele alınması gereken bir konudur.

Adolescent period is a transitive period betveen the childhood period and the adult period on which byological, physical, social and psychological development and maturation occur. Reproductive health problems in this period are very important among the adolescents’ health problems. Ignorance and early sexual activity are the important factors that affect the reproductive health problems in adolescent period. Adolescent pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases arised depending on these factors affect adolescents’ health negatively. For this reason, reproductive health problems in adolescent period are the important subject that must be dealed with.
