Gebeliğin karaciğer hastalıkları

Abstract

Karaciğer hastalıkları gebelikte nadir görülür ve anne ve fetus için hayatı tehdit eden sonuçlara yol açar. Bu karaciğer hastalıklarından bazıları gebeliğe özgüdür. Bunlar; gebeliğin Akut Karaciğer yağlanması, gebeliğin intrahepatik kolestazı, HELLP sendromu, preeklampsiye bağlı karaciğer disfonksiyonu, hiperemezis gravidarum, gebelikte Hepatit E enfeksiyonu ve diğer viral Hepatitler ve Budd-Chiari sendromudur. Bu derlemede, gebeliğe özgü karaciğer hastalıklarındaki insidans, risk faktörleri, patogenez, klinik belirtiler, tanı, tedavi ve sonuçları literatür eşliğinde sunuldu.

Liver disease in pregnancy is rare and it is associated with the high maternal and neonatal mortality rate. Some of the liver diseases are specific for pregnancy. The most common liver diseases in pregnancy are Acute fatty liver of pregnancy, Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, HELLP syndrome, liver dysfunction due to preeclampsia, hyperemesis gravidarum, Hepatitis E of pregnancy, and other Hepatitis infections, and Budd-Chiari syndrome. In this review, incidence, risk factors, pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of those liver diseases unique to pregnancy are discussed through the literature.
