Toplu ulaşım sistemlerinde elektronik kart uygulamasının ulaşım performansına etkisi ve bir örnek uygulama

Abstract

Toplu ulaşım sistemlerinde performans, güvenliği esas alan bir yaklaşım çerçevesinde, en kısa sürede, en uygun doluluk oranı ve en düşük maliyetle yolcuların bir noktadan diğer bir noktaya ulaştırılması şeklinde özetlenebilir. Toplu ulaşım sistemlerinden olan tramvay taşımacılığında optimizasyonun sağlanmasında etkili olan değişkenler arasında; toplam durak sayısı, iki durak arasındaki mesafe, tramvay hattından geçen ara bağlantı yolları, her duraktaki yolcu yoğunluğu, yolcuların iniş ve biniş sırasında harcadıkları süre ve toplam ulaşım süresi gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada, problem çözme tekniklerinden biri olan bekleme hattı modelleri tekniği kullanılarak, Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi Toplu Ulaşım İşletme Müdürlüğü tarafından verilmekte olan tramvay taşımacılığının performans seviyesi test edilerek; bu hizmetin yerine getirilmesinde, yolcu memnuniyetini daha da arttıracak şekilde, alınması gereken önlemler ve yerine getirilmesi gereken yeni faaliyetler hakkında çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda elektronik-kart öncesi Konya Büyükşehir Belediyesi Toplu Ulaşım Sistemleri ve elektronik kart sonrası toplu ulaşım sistemleri karşılaştırılarak uygulama hizmet etkinliği test edilmiştir.

Based on the safety criterion, performance on the public transportation systems aims to transport passengers from one stop to another by the minimum time, the optimal passenger number and the minimum cost. The main variables effecting the street railway public transportation systems are the number of the train stop, the mileage between two train stops, the crossroads on the street railway, the density of passenger for the each train stop, the time spent between getting in and getting off and the total transportation time. In this study, using the one of the problem solving techniques that is the waiting line models, the performance level of the street railway provided by Directorship of the Public Transportation of Konya Metropolitan Municipality is tested and the suggestions are presented to improve the public transportation service level, the passenger satisfaction and the other related factors. The performance level of Konya Metropolitan Municipality Public Transportation Systems based on the implementation of the electronic card system is also tested.
