Türkçe Eğitiminde Velinin Rolü

Abstract

Toplumsal bir varlık olan bireyin/öğrencinin eğitiminde rol alan bütün etkenler iş birliği ve dayanışma içerisinde olmalıdır.iyi bir eğitimin temel koşulu olan bu işbirliği ve dayanışmada öğretmen /eğitici ve okul yönetimi kadar öğrenci velisinede önemli görevler düşmektedir. Bu nedenle öğrencinin başarısında etkin unsurlardan biri olan öğrenci velisi öğretmen tarafından yönlendirilmelidir. öğretmenin dostça bir atmosferde kuracağı ilişkilerle öğrenci velisi iş birliğine hazır duruma getirilmelidir. Öğretmen öğrenmenin ve eğitimin sürekliliği ilkesine bağlı kalarak veliyi çabalarına ortak etmeyi onun gücünden ve çocuğa yakınlığından yararlanmayı bilmelidir.Öğretmen eğitici bu yararlanmayı sağladığı zaman birey olarak daha iyi tanıdığı öğrencinin istenen eğitim düzeyine ulaşmasını büyük oranda gerçekleştirmek ve bunu sorumluluk paylaşımı ile daha kolay yerine getirmek olanağını bulacaktır.

All of the factors which take role on the student's /individual's educa­tion should be in cooperation and solidarity. At this cooperation and solidarity, which is the main necessity of a perfect education, student's parent takes also an important duty, as well as the teacher and the school administration. For this reason student's parent, who is an effective component of the student's success should be directed by the teacher. He should be made ready for cooperation, by the relations which the teacher would create a friendly at­mosphere. Depending on the rule of the continuity of education and instruction, the teacher should know to choose the parent as his collaborator for his efforts, and also should know to gain from his power and affinity with the child. When the teacher/educator supplies this profit, sharing the responsibi­lity, will easily give to the teacher the possibility of making student, who the te­acher knew better as an individual, closer to the desired education grade.
