Konya-Çoraklıdere grafit cevherinin flotasyonu ve aşındırmanın flotasyona etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Konya-Çoraklıdere grafit cevherinin flotasyonu ve aşındırmanın flotasyonda karbon tenörü ve verimine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Flotasyonda pH, bastına, toplayıcı, köpürtücü miktarları, flotasy on süresi, katı oranı ve tane boyutu parametreleri incelenerek optimum koşullar belirlenmiştir. Aşındırma işlemlerinde ise karıştırma hızı, cevher/su oranı ve karıştırma süresi parametreleri araştırılmıştır. Optimum flotasy on koşullarında, konsantredeki toplam karbon içeriği %18.46'dan %42.28'e, grafitîk karbon içeriği ise %2.48'den %20.78'e yükseltilmiştir. Aşındırma işleminin ise flotasy on konsantresinde tenor ve verime olumlu etkisi görülmemiştir.

In this article, the enrichment of Konya-Çoraklıdere graphite ore by flotation and the effect of scrubbing on the carbon grade and recovery in the flotation process were investigated. Optimum flotation conditions were determined by investigating the effects ofpH, concentrations of depressant, collector, frother, flotation time, solid ratio, particle size. In the scrubbing treatments stirring speed, ore to water ratio and stirring time parameters were investigated. At the optimum flotation conditions, the total carbon content in the concentrate and the graphitic carbon content were increased from 18.46% to 42.28% and from 2.48% to 20.78%, respectively. It was revealed that scrubbing treatment has no positive effect on the grade and recovery in flotation concentrate.
