This research was carried out as a descriptive study that was in medical clinics, determing the risks of falling and determination of measures designed to fall in patients. The data to assess the risk of falls in patients, fall risk assessment questionnaire and Hendrich II Fall Risk Diagnostic Questionnaire and patients Information Form for collecting data. Data were analyzed using the frequency and percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, chi-square test RESULTS:60 % of the patients who participated in the study were at high risk of falling. Most of the measures taken to fall in patients: Cont inuous possession of accompanying (%37.4), the use of stretchers and beds balustrades (%62.3) and physical detection (%10.6).
