| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Eylül 2009-Ocak 2012 tarihleri arasındaki dönemde Sivas İl Halk Sağlığı Laboratuvarına "Portör Muayenesi" yaptırmak için başvuran 8377 kişide, burunda Staphylococcus aureus taşıyıcılığı ve metisiline dirençli S. aureus (MRSA) varlığı araştırıldı. Gıda üretim yerleri ve sıhhi müesseselerde çalışan bu insanların burun mukozalarından steril eküvyonlu çubuklarla alınan sürüntülerden yapılan kültürlerde 1114 (%13.4) kişinin normal florasında S. aureus izole edilirken, örneklerin hiçbirinde MRSA'ya rastlanmadı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted on individuals who participated in the routine carrier inspection process at the Sivas Public Health Laboratory. Between September 2009 and January 2012, 8377 food handlers and artisans in direct contact with large numbers of people were examined to determine the nasal carriage of Staphylococcus aureus and the existence of methicillin resistance. Of the group, 1114 (13.4%) had S. aureus in their nasal flora. No resistance to methicillin was found in the isolates. | en_US |
