EDAS Yöntemi Kullanılarak Bir Tekstil Atölyesi İçin Dikiş Makinesi Seçimi

Abstract

İşletmelerde yöneticiler çok kriterli karar verme (ÇKKV) problemleri ile sıklıkla günlük iş yaşamlarında karşılaşmaktadırlar. Özellikle, satın alma bölümünde çalışan yöneticiler ÇKKV problemleri ile makine, malzeme ve ekipman alımında sıklıkla karşılaşmaktadırlar. Özellikle yüksek teknoloji içeren bir makinenin alımı önemli bir karar verme problemi olup, böyle makinelerin satın alınma işlemi işletmeler için önemli bir maliyet unsurudur. Bundan dolayı, satın alma işleminden önce hesaba katılacak kriterler iyi bir şekilde değerlendirilmeli ve makine alternatifleri bu kriterlere göre ÇKKV yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmelidir. Literatürde birçok makale ÇKKV yöntemleri kullanarak, makine seçim problemine çözüm oluşturmuşlardır. Bu çalışmada bu yöntemlere alternatif olarak yeni bir ÇKKV yöntemi olan EDAS (Ortalama Çözüm Uzaklığına kullanılmasındaki amaç; Türkçe literatürde bu yöntemle yapılmış bir çalışma olmamasından dolayı Türkçe literatüre katkıda bulunulmak istenmesidir. Yöntemin uygulamasında bir tekstil atölyesi için dikiş makinesi seçimi yapılmıştır

Managers in businesses often face with multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems in their daily work lives. Particularly, managers who work in the procurement department often face with MCDM problems while purchasing machine, material and equipment. Especially, the purchase of a high-tech machine is an important decisionmaking problem, and the purchase of such machines is a significant cost item for businesses. Therefore, the criteria to be taken into account before purchasing should be analysed in a good way and machine alternatives should be evaluated with MCDM methods with regard to these criteria. Many articles in the literature have used MCDM methods to solve the machine selection problem. In this study, EDAS (Evaluation based on Distance from Average Solution), a new MCDM method, was used as an alternative to these methods. The aim of using this method is to be wanted to contribute to Turkish literature as there is no related article about this method in Turkish literature. In the application of the method, sewing machine was selected for a textile workshop
