DİN GÖREVLİSİNİN ZİHNİYET DÜNYASI VE BUNUN MESLEKİ SONUÇLARI (Antalya İli Örneği)

Abstract

Özet: Din görevlileri büyük oranda kırsal, belli ölçüde de kentsel özellikler taşıyan toplum çevrelerinden mesleğe atılmışlardır. Ancak onların genel toplumsal özellikleri bir arada düşünüldüğünde, aralarında bir farklılıktan daha çok ideolojik ve entelektüel bir yakınlaşmanın olduğu görülür. Din görevlileri genel anlamda zihniyet bakımından kendi sosyokültürel ve ekonomik çevrelerinin şifrelerini yansıtan tutum, tavır ve davranış kalıpları içinde görülmüşlerdir. Şüphesiz bu zihniyet yapısı, içinden geldikleri toplumsal çevrelerin dini toplumsallaşma ve bütünleşmelerinde fonksiyonel olabilirse de modern toplumun içinde bulunduğu şartlar, talepler bağlamında önemli problemleri içinde barındırmaktadır.

Abstract: Religious officers begin their carrier mostly from rural, partly from urban social environment. When considered their social features as a whole, there is closeness in their ideological and intellectual approaches instead of difference. Religious officers have been seen as reflecting figures of the codes of their socio-cultural and economical environments and according to these codes they behave. These structures of mentality certainly can function in their socialization and integration to the society which they come from, but this mentality accommodates serious problems in the conditions of modern society.
