dc.description.abstract | Phenomenological tradition comes top of the important trends or traditions of continental philosophy. When connected with the consciousness of some special techniques, the philosophers in this tradition who consider the possibility of direct access to certain information of ,,essence", defend that consciousness is the primary subject of philosophical research. The phenomenologists who claim that living things are in a mutual relationship with each other base their philosophy on living world, namely world of experience. According to phenomenological approach, legal norms allow us to explore what the facts related to the actions of human in social life are in the flow of concrete situations and events. In this study, we will try to examine the phenomenological approach, moving from human beings, by the presentation of Husserl Philosophy which views the certainty in philosophy as a return to the things (the phenomena) | en_US |
