TARİHSEL SÜREÇ BOYUNCA DEĞİŞEN PETROL FİYATLARI; ŞEYL GAZI ETKİSİ VE BAZI ÖNGÖRÜLER

Abstract

Enerji ülkeler için vazgeçilmez öneme sahip bir kaynaktır. Tarih boyunca, enerji kaynağı bulunan ülkeler siyasi ve ekonomik olarak küresel düzeyde ön plana çıkmıştır. Özellikle stratejik öneme sahip, konvansiyonel enerji kaynaklarından olan petrol bu konuda oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. Petrol fiyatlarının spekülatif olarak dalgalanması ve arzına sahip ülkeler tarafından fiyat ve miktarın tek taraflı kontrolü, sanayi üretimi yapan ithalatçı ülkeler açısından dezavantaj oluşturmaktadır. Bu gelişmeler ülkeleri enerji arz güvenliği gibi konulara yöneltirken, diğer yandan da petrole alternatif olarak geliştirilebilecek yeni enerji kaynağı araştırmalarına yönlendirmiştir. Bu kaynaklardan en dikkat çekeni ise şeyl gazı olmuştur. Şeyl gazı üretiminin son dönem petrol fiyatları düşüşü üzerinde etkili olduğu görüşü hakimdir. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde petrol ve petrole alternatif olarak geliştirilen şeyl petrolü incelenecektir. İkinci bölümde, petrolün ekonomik önemi ve petrol fiyat dalgalanmalarının etkilerine değinildikten sonra özellikle şeyl gazın ekonomik etkileri ayrıntılı olarak anlatılacaktır.

Energy is a resource which has indispensable importance for all countries. Throughout the history, countries which have their own energy resources have stand out politically and economically at the global level. In particular, the high fluctuations in prices of oil, which is one of the conventional resources and has a strategic importance, is one of the most important factors taken into consideration by the countries. Oil price fluctuations and speculative as the country with the supply and price by amount of unilateral control, industrial production is a disadvantage in terms of that of that importing countries. These improvements are directing their countries on issues such as security of energy supply, on the other hand research has lead to new energy sources can be developed as an alternative to oil. The most notable of these has been the source of shale gas. The last period of shale gas production is dominated by the view that the effect on the decline in oil prices. In the first part of this study, shale oil and shale gas which is an alternative for oil will be clarified. In the second part, after examining the reasons for the fluctuations in oil prices, its effects to the economy will be clarified
