dc.description.abstractA new design of molar distalization appliance and its fabrication are described in this article. This case report illustrates distal movement of mandibular molars with negligible loss of anterior anchorage. This new vacuum-formed Essix appliance can be a reasonable alternative to conventional appliances. © 2005 British Orthodontic Society.en_US
