Spontaneous remission of malignancy is a rare biological event. About 20 cases of regression of cancer are reported in the literature each year. This process is more rare in lung cancer than other solid tumors. Only six cases reported in the English literature this century. Spontaneous regression of lung cancer may be due to anti-tumor immune response or humoral factors. We reviewed related material in this paper.en_US
