| dc.description.abstract | Risky and sensitive people are more subject to stress ulcer and to one of its important complication, ulcer bleedings, when they meet with stress. Even though several causes had been thought to be responsible from etiology, complete clearness couldn't be achieved. Prophylactic approach has been receiving great interest because of the increased morbidity and mortality rates after ulcer formation. There's wide spectrum of usage both for prophylactic and treatment purposes beginning with prostaglandin to elemental diet, total parenteral nutrition, zinc compounds, sucralfate, omeprazole, antacid and to H2 receptor antagonists. | en_US |
