Cutaneous pseudolymphoma [KUTANOZ PSODOLENFOMA]
Abstract
It is described that lymphoreticular infiltrates of the skin is a heterogenous clinical and pathologic group of dermatosis. These benign lesions histopathologically simulate malignant lymphomas and may undergo malignant transformation. Benign lymphoid hyperplasia must be distinguished from malignant lymphomas. In this article a 16 years old boy with cutaneous pseudolymphoma which recurred three times is presented. Epidermal changes, characteristics of dermal infiltration and its relation with dermal appendiges and blood vessels are evaluated by using routine and immunohistochemical methods.
