dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research was to determine the primary school students' views on the use of riddles in the process of education and training. This research was conducted with descriptive survey. 192 primary school students who were at 7 th grade of Selcuk Primary School in Sivas in 2010-2011 academic year were involved in this research. The data was collected by a questionnaire with 30 items. The primary school students' views on the use of riddles in education and training were reported by frequency and percentages. The relationship between the variables-relationship of students'frequency level of on the use of riddles in education and training with gender and parents' education level were determined with Cramer's V coefficient. Acoording to the findings, most of the students gave positive feedbacks. Female students have more possitive views than male students. Also, parents' education level increases, the positive view rate increases as a feedback. © IDOSI Publications, 2012.en_US
