In this age, the fundamental problem that comes to light in the basis of ethical and political thinking is how to establish a cooperative and amicable life in a world that is fragmented by incoherent partiality. In this sense, it is possible to find the root of reverting to Kant and his philosophy in judgement crisis which is caused by division of the modern society, from which dialogue has been removed, into rival life styles, activities and value fields. From Kant's political point of view, the importance of judgement ability stems from its paving the way for bringing the differences between people into open on common ground. Now, we face the chance of achieving the peaceful order that mankind longs for, with reference to the meaning of judgement concept. The more particulars this order includes, the better our chance of achieving the enduring peace becomes. We pass from determinations of nature to ethic realm-which is the realm of freedom that is determined by law-by judgement ability and the thought in this field is overthought. In Kant's philosophy the judgement concept finds its meaning as an ability that brings communicability, dialogue and sense of community into open in universal scale.en_US
