Antonio Literature in Denomination of Hanafi

Abstract

With the assembly of works of Canon Law, it took center stage the difference of opinion between the teachers of Canon Law. There was an increase in works about defence of denomination or difference of opinion because of fanaticism that occured after formation of denomination. The books which were wrote about this subject were named as 'ihtilaf (dispute), mesail, mesail al-hilaf, muftelef, to'lik, to'lika, tarika, nuket'. Knowledge of Antonio that is about difference of opinion is the most written area in Canon Law. Some of works in this subject evaluated disputes in all areas in Canon Law and between the most of wises of Islam, some of works include limited wise of Islam and subject. Certain parts of works cite only opinions, some of them make opinions public with evidence, uphold the member of the denomination's opinions with generality of author. There is an information about Knowledge of Antonio's description, importance, nature, connection with similar knowledges and literature in this subject. Our aim is (generally) ingender the literature of Hanafi Works of Canon Law about which Knowledge of Antonio was written and describe the ones we reached.
