Abstract

DÇS tanısı alan, birine otopsi yapılmış iki olgu sunulmuştur.' Medikal, sosyal ve yargısal açıdan önem kazanan konunun psikolojik, seksüel yönlerinden çok fizik travma ile olan ilgisi incelenmiştir. DÇS çocuklarda ani ölüme yol açan ağır klinik bir tablodur. Hekimin bilinçli yukluşımı ye erken tanı soruna çözüm getirecektir.
