1000 ton/gün kapasiteli kömür hazırlama tesisinin teknolojik ve maliyet tasarımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 1000 ton/gün kapasiteli taşkömürü hazırlama tesisi için jig, ağır ortam siklonları ve flotasyon yöntemleri ile zenginleştirilmesini ön gören bir akım şeması geliştirilmiştir. Tesis için seçilen makina-ekipmanm yatırım maliyeti Mular'ın üstsel katsayı yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. İşletme maliyeti tesbit edilmiş ve sonuçta projenin toplam yatırım maliyeti çıkarılmıştır. Sonuç olarak yatırımın ekonomik analizi yapılmış ve projenin kabul edilebilir olduğu saptanmıştır.

In this study, a flow-sheet included jig, dense medium cyclone and flotation processes has been developed for the concentration of hardcoal which has the capacity of 1000 tons per day. The investment cost of the choosing machine-equipment for this plant has been calculated by Mular' s method. The operation cost was determined and the total cost of project was calculated. It was determined that the project was convenient from the point of view of economic analysis.
