dc.description.abstractTekrarlayıcı polikondrit (TP), kulak, burun ve trakea kıkırdağı, göz, sinovya, aort ve kalp kapaklarını tutan, inflamatuar ataklarla karakterize otoimmünkbir hastalıktır. Bu makalede kulak kepçesi, trakea tutulumu, mikst tipte işitme kaybı ve artrit bulguları saptanıp, kortikosteroid tedaviye iyi yanıt veren 50 yaşındaki TP'li erkek hasta sunulmuş ve bu hastalık ile ilgili literatür gözden geçirilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractRelapsing polychondritis (RP) that involves the ear, nos.tracheai cartilage, orbit, sinovia, aort and heart valves, and characterized with inflammatory attacks is an autoimmune disease. In this paper, 50 years old male patient was diagnosed as RP because of detecting ofmixt type deafness , involvement of bilateral auricles, trachea, and arthritis, and treated with corticosteroid successfully, presented and literature on this manner is reviewed.en_US
