Nikotinik asitin spektrofotometrik yolla tayini

Abstract

Bu çalışmada nikotinik asit bileşiğinin tayini için bir spektrofotometrik yöntem geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen yöntem aşağıdaki adımlardan oluşturuldu. Nikotinik asit Cu(Ac)2 ile çöktürüldü. Oluşan çökme ürünü santrifüjlenerek ayrıldıktan sonra seyreltik HCl ile çözüldü. Elde edilen çözeltide potasyumsiyanür ve fosfomolibdik asit reaktifleriyle molibden mavisi oluşturuldu. 725 nm de absorbans ölçüldü. Çözme sonrası elde edilen çözeltide ayrıca birde amonyak eklenerek nikotinik asitin eşdeğeri bakır ile kompleksleştirildi ve bunun da 620 nm de absorbansı okundu. Her iki yol için nikotinik asitin standart çözeltisindeki derişimlerine karşı okunan absorbans değerleri grafiğe geçirilerek kalibrasyon eğrileri oluşturuldu. Yöntemin duyarlığı, kesinliği ve doğruluğu model örnekte belirlendi.

Determination of nicotinic acid by spectrophotometric method In this work, a spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of nicotinic acid. The method developed was formed three steps. Nicotinic acid was precipitated by copper-II-acetate. The obtained precipitate was seperated with centrifuge and solved. In the obtained solution, different ways based on copper which is equavalent of nicotinic acid was followed. First, molibden blue was measured at 725 nm. Second, Cu(II) was complexed by adding NH3 solution. In second method , the absorbance was at 620 nm. For each way, the calibration curve was formed by measuring absorbances versus concentrations of standard solutions. Sensivity, precision and accuracy of the method developed were determinated in the its model samples .
