Sezaryan indüksiyonunda pentotal, etomidat ve propofol'ün etkilerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Anabilim dalımızda, acil sezaryen uygulanacak 60 hastanın 20 tanesinde indüksiyonda 5 mg/kg pento-tal İV., 20'sine 0.3 mg/kg etomidat İV. ve 20 tanesine de 2.5 mg/kg İV propofol verildi. Bütün gruplardaki hastalarımızın sistolik kan ba¬sınçları (SKB) ve kalp hızlan (MI), indüksiyondan önce ve indüksiyon ajanı verildikten 5 dakika sonra ölçüldü. Yenidogan bebeklerin 1. dakikadaki apgar skorları de¬ğerlendirildi. Her iki gruptaki verilerin karşılaştırılmasın¬da, yenidoğanların apgar skorları arasındaki fark istatis¬tiksel olarak anlamsız bulunmuştur (p<0.05).

20 of 60 patients who had undergone caesarean section were given 5 mg/kg pentothal tV., 20 of them 0.5 mg/kg etomidate and 2.5 mg/kg İV, propofol at induction. Systolic blood pressure and heart rates of the patients in all the groups were measured before induction and 5 minutes after the induction agent was given. In I, minute apgar scores of the newboms were determined. In comparing the newborn apgar scores in all the groups, the difference among the three groups was found to be statistically insignificant.
