dc.description.abstractn ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi MANYETİK ALAN etkisindeki SILINDIRIK KUANTUM TELİNDE SAFSIZLIK VE EKSİTON BAĞLANMA ENERJİSİNİN HESAPLANMASI Canan Alper Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Temmuz-2004 Danışman: Prof. Dr. Sezai ELAGÖZ Çalışmamızın ilk aşamasında saisızhk yaniletkenlerin oluşturduğu GaAs/ AlxGaı-xAs Kuantum teli incelenmiştir. Sonlu ve sonsuz kuyu içinde uygulanan düzgün manyetik alan şiddetine ve kuyu genişliğine bağlı olarak bağlanma enerjisinin değişimi incelenmiştir. Daha sonra GaAs/AlxGaı-xAs'm oluşturduğu sonlu ve sonsuz silindirik kuantum telinde eksiton bağlanma enerjisinin manyetik alana ve tel yarıçapına genişliğine bağlı olarak değişimi incelenmiştir. Then, this work is extended to the investigation of excitonic binding energy and its dependency to the well width and the strength of uniform magnetic field.
