dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, İslam miras hukuku olarak da adlandırılan ferâiz ilmi konusunda Türkçe olarak yazılmış olan manzum eserler üzerine yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, haklarında çok az bilgi bulunan ve konu bütünlüğü sebebiyle bir tür oluşturan bu eserleri tespit etmek, tespit edilen eserlerin metinlerini ortaya çıkarmak ve bu metinlerin incelemesini yapmak amaçlanmıştır. Metinlerin tespit edilmesinin ardından edisyon kritik yöntemiyle bu metinlerin yazı çevrimleri yapılmıştır. Bu işlem sırasında birden fazla nüshası bulunan eserlerin, çok büyük oranda, bütün nüshalarına ulaşılmış ve bu nüshalar eskilik, hacimli olma gibi kriterler doğrultusunda tenkitli metnin oluşturulmasında kullanılmışlardır. Bununla birlikte bazı manzumelerin ünik nüsha olması, bütün eserler için edisyon kritik yapılmasını engellemiştir. Bu işlemlerden sonra metinlerin şekil ve muhteva yönünden incelenmesi aşamasına geçilmiştir. Amaç ve yöntemi hakkında kısaca bilgi verilen bu çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde ferâiz ilmine dair genel bilgilere yer verilirken ikinci bölümde ferâiz konusundaki eserlerden ve manzum ferâizlerden bahsedilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise tespit ettiğimiz ferâiz-nâmelerin/manzum ferâizlerin çeviri yazılı metinleri ve incelemeleri yer almaktadır. dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted on poems written in Turkish about science ferâiz also called the Islamic inheritance law. The aim of this work is to identify these literary work which is known for very little and forms a subgenre because of the subject integrity in itself, to reveal the texts of these work, and to analyze of these texts. After the identification of texts, the critical edition method is used for the translation of these texts. Multiple copies of the literary works are found during this process and all copies of these works was obtained most of the time. Later, these copies are used to create the critical edition of the text while taking into account the criteria such as antiquity and volume. However, uniqueness of some copies of the poems, prevents the applicability of critical edition method for all of the literary works. After this process, it has been initiated to the examination stage of texts in terms of form and content. This study, briefly mentioned about the purpose and method, consists of three main parts. While the first part includes general information about Ferâiz science, in the second part mentioned about literary work on Ferâiz and verse Ferâiz. And in the third part, translation texts and studies of the ferâiz-nâmes/verse ferâizs are located which we have identified.
