| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalışmasında insansız muharebe araçlarının (İMA) sınıflandırılarak muharebe sahasında amaca uygun olarak nasıl seçilebileceği, muharebe sahasında kullanımı ile elde edilen siyasi ve askeri kazanımların askeri harp üzerine etkilerinin tarihsel değişimi incelenerek stratejik bir analiz ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Konunun tarihçesinin çıkartılması için literatür taraması yapılarak geçmiş ve günümüzdeki durumu ortaya konulmuştur. Uygulama örnekleri üzerinden vaka analizi yapılarak geçmişten günümüze açığa çıkan insansız muharebe araçlarının sınıflandırılması ve nitelikleri incelenmiştir. Bu yönde dünyada devam eden gelişmeleri inceleyip, İMA'lara sahip olmanın meydana getireceği avantajları ve dezavantajları vaka analizi ve mülakatlar ile belirleyerek ülkemiz, NATO ve diğer ülkeler adına bir analiz yapılmıştır. İMA'ların kullanılmasıyla birlikte muharebe ortamında bulundurulan personel sayısı azalmıştır. Ayrıca zırhlı araçların sahada yavaş ilerlemesi ve sabit duran savunma sistemlerinin etkili bir hedef haline gelmesi ile yakın gelecekte muharebe ortamının yeniden şekillenmesi kaçınılmaz bir gerçek olduğu karşımıza çıkmıştır. İMA'ların tasarlanması ve geliştirilmesi ile birlikte askeri birlikler görevlerin icrası kapsamında farklı bir yetenek kazanmış, daha zorlu tip görevleri yapmak için de fırsat sahibi olmuştur. | dc.description.abstract | The aim of this thesis is to present a strategic analysis by classifying unmanned combat vehicles, how they can be selected in accordance with the purpose in the battlefield, and the historical change of the effects of the political and military gains obtained through their use in the battlefield on military warfare. A literature review was carried out to determine the history of the subject and its past and present situation was revealed. The classification and qualificatons of unmanned combat vehicles from past to present were examined,by making case analysis on application examples. In this direction, we examine the ongoing developments in the world and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of having IMA`s through case studies and interviews on behalf of our country,NATO and our country. After the introduction of unmanned combat vehicles, the number of personnel in the combat environment has decreased. In addition, it has become an inevitable fact that the combat environment will be reshaped in the near future with the slow progress of armored vehicles in the field and the fixed defense systems becoming an effective target. After the unmanned combat vehicles were designed and developed, the military units gained a different ability within the scope of the performing the missions and had the opportunity to do more challenging type missions. When we evaluate the events in the past and present, the result that emerges obliges countries to constantly strive to improve these tools.
