dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı neoliberal dönemde en az lisans mezunu olup branşında güvenceli iş bulamayıp geçici işlerde çalışan kimselerin belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük düzeylerini, iş güvencelerini algılama düzeylerini, iş stresi düzeylerini ve psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerini ortaya koymaktır. Konuyla ilgili olarak alanyazında mevcut olan eserler incelenmiş ve bu doğrultuda çalışmanın teorik çerçevesi şekillendirilmiştir. Uygulama çerçevesinde ise nicel ve nitel veri toplama teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evreni ülke genelinde en az lisans mezunu olup ve branşında güvenceli iş bulamayıp geçici işlerde çalışanlardan oluşmaktadır. Örneklem basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiştir. Katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük düzeyleri, iş güvencelerini algılama düzeyleri, iş stresi düzeyleri ve psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın temel varsayımı esnek çalışma koşullarının güvencesizlik, kaygı, korku, stres vb. ekonomik, sosyo-psikolojik etkilenmelere yol açarak bu koşullarda çalışanların belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük düzeylerini yükselttiği üzerinedir. Ayrıca belirsizliğe tahammülsüzlük düzeyi, iş güvencesi algılama düzeyi, iş stresi düzeyi ve psikolojik iyi oluş düzeyi ile demografik sorulardaki farklı kategoriler arasında alt varsayımlar oluşturulmuştur. dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to reveal the level of intolerance to uncertainty, job security perception levels, job stress levels and psyhchological well-being levels of people who have at least a bachelor's degree in the neoliberal period and can not find a secure job in their branch and work in temporary jobs. Related to the subject, the Works available in the litarature were examined and the theoretical framework of the study was shaped in this direction. In the framework of the application, quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques were used. The universe of the study consists of those who have at least a bachelor's degree throughout the country and who can not find a secure job in their branch and work in temporary jobs. The sample was selected by simple random sampling method. The relationships between the demographic characteristics of the participants and their level of intolerance to uncertainty, perception of job security, job stress levels and psychological well-being were examined. The based assumption of the study is on flexible working which causes insecurity, anxiety, stress and fear increases the intolerance of uncertainty with economic, social and psychological effects. Flexible working In addition, sub-assumptions were formed between the level of intolerance to uncertainty, job security perception level, job stress level and psychological well-being level, and different categories in demographic questions.
