dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Sivas halkının fast food tüketme alışkanlığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sivas il merkezinde yaşayan toplam 515 kişinin yanıtladığı anket soruları orijinal materyali oluşturmuştur. Önceden hazırlanan anket formları birebir görüşme yöntemiyle katılımcılara verilmiş ve ön açıklama sonrası özgür iradeleri ile yanıtlamaları istenmiştir. Anket çalışması, 01/06/2022 ile 15/05/2023 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Anket soruları 19 maddeden oluşmuştur. Sorular katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini, bilgi düzeylerini, farkındalık, tercih ve algılarını ölçmeye yönelik olarak hazırlanmıştır. Anket formlarından elde edilen veriler, elektronik ortamda dosyalandıktan sonra analiz edilmek amacıyla SPSS Ver.23.0 (IBM SPSS Statistics V23.0) paket programına yüklenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde 2x2 ve çok gözlü düzenlerde ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; katılımcıların çoğunluğunun (%81,6) fast food tükettiği; en çok tüketen yaş aralığının 26-40 yaş (%36,1) olduğu, eğitim düzeyine göre lisans ve lisans üstü öğrencilerin (%29,5) daha fazla fast food tükettikleri anlaşılmaktadır. Çalışmada, en çok tercih edilen ürünün döner olduğu (%30,9) belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların çoğunluğu (%30,3) mekan olarak fast food restoranlarını tercih ettiklerini bildirmişlerdir. Fast food tercihinde en önemli etkenin arkadaş ortamı olduğu (%29,9) tespit edilmiştir. Fast food tüketiminin eğitim (%62,6) ve gelir düzeyi (%41,9) ile birlikte artış gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to determine the fast food consumption habits of Sivas people. Pre-prepared questionnaires were given to the participants by one-on-one interview method and they were asked to answer with their free will after the preliminary explanation. The survey was conducted between 01/06/2022 and 15/05/2023. The survey questions consisted of 19 items. The questions were prepared to measure the demographic information, knowledge level, awareness, preferences and perceptions of the participants. The data obtained from the questionnaires were uploaded to the SPSS Ver.23.0 (IBM SPSS Statistics V23.0) package program to be analyzed after being filed electronically. Chi-square test was used in the evaluation of the data in 2x2 and multi-well layouts. According to the analysis results; the majority of the participants (81.6%) consumed fast food; it is understood that the most consuming age range is 26-40 (36.1%) and undergraduate and graduate students (29.5%) consume more fast food according to education level. In the study, it was determined that the most preferred product was doner (30.9%). The majority of the participants (30.3%) stated that they prefer fast food restaurants as venues. It has been determined that the most important factor in choosing fast food is the friend environment (29.9%). It was determined that fast food consumption increased with education (62.6%) and income level (41.9%).en_US
