Özet

Primary adenocarcinoma of the vulva is extremely rare neoplasm. A 67-year-old woman with a tumoral mass involving the right vulva and vaginal wall were admitted. Biopsy revealed adenocarcinoma. No other primary lesion was found on clinical evaluation and extensive investigation. The patient was underwent a wide local excision and ipsilateral inguinal and retroperitoneal lymph node dissection. Final pathological diagnosis was primary adenocarcinoma of the vulva. The patient did not accept postoperative radiotherapy. Two years after the initial surgery, local recurren mass in right groin developed. The mass was removed by wide local exision. External radiotherapy was given as an adjuvant therapy. The patient was disease free 7 years after the initial operation.
