Özet
Bu çalışmada, Giriftzen Asım Bey’in İstiklal Marşı ve marşın yer al- dığı nota defteri1, müzik dünyasına tanıtılmıştır. Defterden, 20. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğinde ülkemizdeki bando repertuarının bir kısmı hakkında bilgi edinmek mümkündür. Kime veya hangi kuruma ait olduğunu belirleyemediğimiz yüz yıllık bu nota defteri, içerik itiba- riyle bando kurumlarının, araştırmacıların ve bestecilerin ilgisini çe- kebilir.
In this study, The Turkish National Anthem by Giriftzen Asım Bey and the music book including this anthem is introduced to the world of music. From the book, it is possible to get information about the marching band repertoire of Turkey in the first quarter of 20th cen- tury. This one hundred years old book, which is not identified who or which institution it belongs to, can be interesting for the marc- hing bands, researchers and composers, as of its content.
