| dc.description.abstract | Sosyal bilimlere de nedensel ilişkilerin açıklanabilmesi kritik öneme sahiptir. Bu nedensel ilişkilerin açıklanmasında çok değişkenli istatistiksel yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Fakat YEM’in; doğrulayıcı bir yaklaşıma sahip olması, ölçüm hatalarının açık bir şekilde ortaya koyması, sadece gözlenen değişkenleri değil gözlenemeyen değişkenleri de dikkate alması ve son olarak gözlenen ve gözlenemeyen değişkenleri tek bir model içerisinde doğrudan ve dolaylı etkileri ile birlikte ortaya koyması bakımından diğer çok değişkenli istatistiksel yöntemlerden ayrılmaktadır. Sunduğu bu avantajlarından dolayı YEM’in kullanımı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Son yıllardaki artan mezun sayıları ile birlikte öğrencilerde de iş bulma kaygısı daha da artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada İİBF öğrencilerinin iş bulma kaygılarını tespit edebilecek bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Öğrencilere 32 maddeden oluşan taslak ölçek uygulanmıştır. Taslak ölçek üzerinde güvenirlik ve geçerlilik çalışması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca açıklayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ile ortaya konan teorik yapı Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli (YEM) ile doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır. İlk olarak AFA uygulanmış ve hiçbir madde altında toplanmayan 11 madde ölçekten çıkarılmış ve 5 faktörlü 21 maddeden oluşan bir teorik yapı ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra bu teorik yapıya YEM altında doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) uygulanmıştır. DFA sonucunda çıkan model uyumuna göre, AFA ile geliştirilen teorik ölçek DFA ile teyit edilmiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach ? katsayısı ise 0,823 olarak bulunmuş ve ölçeğin, yüksek güvenirliğe sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak geliştirilen ölçeğin, öğrencilerin iş bulma kaygılarını ölçmek için kullanılabilecek güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçek olduğuna karar verilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is of critical importance to explain the causal relations of social sciences. In this causal relation statement there are used many different statistical methods. However; being confirmatory approach, demonstrating clearly the measurement mistakes paying attention to not only the variables that can be observed but also the ones that cannot be observed and finally taking the observed and unobserved variables together in one model and producing with the direct and direct effects makes YEM apart from other multivariate statistical methods. Because of presenting these benefits, the use of YEM increased day by day. In recent years, with the increasing number of graduated students, the anxiety of finding work also increases. This paper improves a scale to measure the anxiety of İİBF students by finding a job. Students were administered a draft scale formed about 32 items. On this draft scale reliability and validity was conducted. Furthermore, with the theoretical structure set forth by exploratory factor structure (AFA) has also tried to verify by YEM. Firstly, AFA is applied from the scale collection about 11 items with no substance removed from the scale and a theoretical structure is set forth about 5 factors consisting at 21 items. After all, under this theoretical structure YEM confirmatory factor analysis (DFA) is applied. According to the model harmony at DFA, the theory developed by AFA is confirmed by DFA. The scale Cronbach a coefficient is found as 0,823 and this scale are seen highly reliable. To conclude the development of this scale, the anxiety of finding job for students is found highly reliable. | en_US |
