Özet

This chapter showcases the various advantages of magnetic nanoparticles. It emphasizes the importance of nanoparticles in the identification and isolation of biological molecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, and enzymes. First, the basic properties and synthesis methods of magnetic nanoparticles are explained in detail, especially the interaction with proteins, nucleic acids, and enzymes. The importance of magnetic nanoparticles in the separation and purification of various biological molecules is emphasized.
