dc.description.abstractA. femoralis alt ekstremiteyi besleyen esas arterdir ve onun uylugu besleyen a. profunda femoris dalını içine alan anatomik varyasyonlarla birlikte damar cerrahisinde önemli olan a. circumflexa femoris lateralis ve a. circumflexa femoris medialis dallarının orijin varyasyonlarının belirlenmesi için angiografik bir çalısma yapılmıstır. Bu arastırmada; Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Radyoloji Anabilim Dalı Arsivinde bulunan 644 alt ekstiremite anjiyografi filmi kullanılmıstır. Toplam 1036 alt ekstiremiteden yasları 5-87 (ortalama 46) 559 tanesi erkeklere, yasları 5-83 (ortalama 44) 85 tanesi kadınlara aittir. A. femoralis'in dallarının orijin varyasyonlarına yönelik olan bu çalısmada Adachi'nin sınıflandırmasında bulunan 8 tip kullanılmıstır. Sınıflandırmada kullanılan her tipin cins, sag-sol ve bilateral görülme sıklıkları yüzdelik olarak bulunmustur. Yapılan degerlendirmede Tip I % 54,82 (568 / 1036) sıklıkla genel tiptir. Tip VIII % 7,14 (74 / 1036) sıklıkla diger çalısmalara göre yüksek oranda görülmüstür. Sag tarafta Tip III sol tarafta Tip I daha yüksek orandadır. Cinslerde yaptıgımız çalısmada kadınlarda Tip VIII erkeklerden daha sık bulunmustur. Cinsiyet gözetmeksizin bir alt ekstiremitede görülen varyasyonun digerinde de olabilme olasılıgı % 59,6, cinsiyete göre ise bu oran erkeklerde % 58,33, kadınlarda ise % 65,45 olarak tespit edilmistir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe artery feeding femoral artery lower extremite and its thigh feeding deep artery of thigh branch containing with anatomical variations vessel surgical importance of lateral circumflex femoral artery and medial circumflex femoral artery branches identification and origin of variations an angiographic study was done in this study. In this study, 644 lower extremites angiographic film were used which were obtained from Cumhuriyet University Medical Faculty Archive of Radiognostic Division. Total of 1036 lower extremites with age of 5-87 (average 46) 559 of them which were belong to males, the age between 5-83 (average 44) 85 of them were belong to females. In this study in classification of Adachi 8 types of branches of femoral artery origin variations were used. Percentage of every types, rigth-left and bilateral frequencies of were calcuated in classification. In evaluation, type I % 54,82 (586/1036) is a general type. Type VIII % 7,14 (74/1036) was found to be in higher rate than other studies. Type III on right side, type I on left side are in greater rate. Type VIII was found in males higher frequencies in gender studies. Wihtout gender probability finding of variations in lower extremites, in finding other is % 59,6 according to gender thus rate is % 58,33 in males, % 65,45 is in females.en_US
