dc.description.abstract11 OZ^ET Bu çalışmada İstatistiksel Veri Zarflama Analizinin kavramsal incelemesi ve kâr amacı gütmeyen bir kurum olan hastanede uygulaması verilmiştir. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. I. bölümde performans analizi kavramsal olarak anlatılmıştır. II. bölümde performans ölçüm modelleri; oran analizi, regresyon analizi ve veri zarflama analizi sunulmuştur. III. bölümde istatistiksel Veri Zarflama Analizinin teori ve modeli anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca VZA+, İstatistiksel Işın Sınır Üretim Modeli ve Dinamik Koşullu Olarak Değişen Varyanslı İstatistiksel Sınır Modeli olmak üzere üç temel yaklaşımda bulunulmuştur. IV. bölümde ise Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesinde bir uygulamaya yer verilmiştir. 2000 yılı verileri baz alınarak hastanenin Verimlilik fonksiyonu Işın Sınır Üretim modeli yöntemiyle yazılmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIll ABSTRACT In this study, the conceptual examination of the statistical data envelopment analysis and also its application to the hospital which is an institution having no aim of profit are given. The study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the analysis of performance is explained conceptually. In the second chapter, performance measurement models; rate analysis, regression analysis and data envelopment analysis are presented. In the third chapter, the theory and model of statistical data envelopment analysis are given. In addition, DEA+, multiple output statistical ray frontier production model, dynamic conditionally heteroscedastic statistical frontier model, three main approaches to statistical data envelopment analysis takes place in this chapter. In the fourth chapter, the application of statistical data envelopment analysis to the Cumhuriyet University Searching and Practicing Hospital is given the efficiency of the hospital is examined with ray frontier production model based on the 2000 year data.en_US
