dc.description.abstractÖZET İşyerinde psikolojik yıldırma yani mobbing, kamu ve özel örgütlerde çalışanların psikolojik ve fiziksel sağlıklarını bozan onları işten istifa etmeye kadar yönelten psikolojik terör veya her tür zorbaca davranışlardır. Bu çalışma, 2009 Mayıs ve 2014 Nisan yılları itibariyle Van SMMM Odasına kayıtlı stajyerler üzerinde mobbingin etkilerinin var olup olmadığını, bu tür davranışlara ne tür tepkiler verildiğini ve bu tür davranışların var olması durumunda ne tür tepkiler gösterebileceklerini tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractMobbing, a psychological suppression at work place, is a sum of psychological terror or any kind of despotic behaviour which deranges the psychological and physical health of the workers of public and private services and even leads them up to resignation. This study, which aims to find out whether mobbing impacts exist or not, what kinds of reactions are reflected and how the workers would have reacted in case of such behaviors, is held on certified public accountant trainees registered on Van CPA Organisation between May 2009 and April 2014.en_US
