dc.description.abstractBilgi düzeyinin ilerlemesi ve bilgi teknolojilerinin yaygın olarak kullanılması yeni bir toplum yapısı olarak bilgi toplumunun oluşmasına neden olmuştur. Bilgi toplumunda, rekabeti devam ettiren ve verimlilik artışını sağlayan bilgi ve bilgi iletişim teknolojileri ekonomik alanda pek çok dönüşüme neden olmuştur. Günümüzde bilgi teknolojilerinin önemli gelişmelerinden olan e-ticaret uygulamalarının, mekan engelini ortadan kaldırması sonucunda ticaretin küresel düzeyde yapılmasına imkan tanımıştır. Bu çalışmada bilgi toplumu açıklanarak, bilginin ve bilgi iletişim teknolojilerinin ekonomi üzerinde yarattığı etkiler mikro ekonomik ve makro ekonomik açıdan incelenmiştir. Yeni toplum yapısında anahtar rol oynayan bilginin üretim faktörü olarak üretim fonksiyonuna dahil edilmesi ve bunun sonucunda piyasa rekabetine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Üretim bilgisine sahip olan firmaların piyasada elde ettiği avantajlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bu noktada ülkelerin bilgi üretme potansiyelleri, bilgi toplumlarının göstergeleri olarak kabul edilen Ar-Ge yatırımları, Ar-ge'de çalışan teknik eleman sayıları, patent başvuruları, bilimsel yayın çalışmaları ve ileri teknoloji ihracatı bakımından değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda ise bilgi üretme gücüne sahip olan ülkelerde, bu gücün üretimde kullanılmasıyla büyümeyi ve dış ticareti artırıcı etki yaptığı görülmüştür. Bu çerçevede ülkemizin bilgi toplumu olma potansiyeli değerlendirilerek, bilgi iletişim teknolojileri kullanımında ve Ar-Ge yatırımlarındaki artış ülkemizde bilgi toplumu olma yolunda gelişme olduğunu göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe widespread use of advance level of knowledge and information technologies as a new social structure has led to the formation of information society. The information society, competitiveness and productivity growth that sustains the economic sphere of knowledge and information and communication technologies has led many transformation. Today, the most significant developments in information technology, e-commerce applications, making space at the global level of trade barriers as a result has allowed us to eliminate. In this study, the information society, the effects of knowledge and information communication technologies, micro-economic and macro-economic perspective on the economy are examined. Key role in the structure of the new information society be included in the production function as a production factor and as a result of market competition were investigated. The benefits for companies which have knowledge of the production in the market are examined. At this point, information-producing countries' potentials, which is accepted as indicators of R & D investments in knowledge societies, the number of technical personnel working in R & D, patent applications, scientific publications and studies are evaluated in terms of high-tech exports. Analysis shows that in countries with the capability of producing the information, the use of this power in production and foreign trade growth was found to have a positive effect. In this context, the potential to become an information society in our country, R & D investments and an increase in the use of ICT in our country shows the progress towards an information society.en_US
