dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada performans analizinin kavramsal incelemesi ve kâr amacı gütmeyen bir kurum olan orta öğretimde uygulaması verilmiştir. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde performans analizi kavramsal olarak anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde performans ölçüm modelleri, oran analizi, parametreli yöntemler ve parametresiz yöntemler olarak üç ana başlıkta sunulmuştur. Matematik programlama tabanlı performans ölçüm yöntemi olan Veri Zarflama Analizi üçüncü bölümde verilmiştir. Bu bölümde, VZA'nın doğuşu, tarihsel gelişimi, uygulama alanları, kavramsal ve kuramsal gelişimi ve matematiksel yapısının yanısıra yönlendirmelere ve yaklaşımlar göre de VZA incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise VZA'nın orta öğretimde bir uygulaması verilmiştir. Fen liselerinin 2001 yılı göreceli etkinlik ölçümü VZA yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. İncelemeye alman otuz sekiz resmi fen lisesinin göreceli etkinliği, EMS paket programı (yazılımı) kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Bu bölümde ayrıca, uygulamada kullanılan EMS paket programının (yazılımının) tanıtımı da verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study the conceptual examination of performans analysis and its application in a secondary school which is a non-profit organization have been given. The study consists of four chapters. In the first chapter the performance analysis has been explained conceptually. In the second chapter models of performance measurement, ratio analysis, parametric and nonparametric methods have been described under three headlines. Data envelopment analysis (DEA) that is the measurement method of performance of based on mathematic programming has been explained in the third chapter. In this chapter the rising, historical development, application fields, conceptual and theoretical development, mathematical structure of the data envelopment analysis have been examined. Moreover it has been studied from the points of view of directions and approaches. In the fourth chapter, an application of the data envelopment analysis has been submitted. The measurement of relative efficiency of high schools of science in 2001 has been made by DEA method. The relative efficiency of 38 high schools of science have been made by EMS software. Furthermore the introduction of the EMS has been given. IIen_US
