| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı Aydınlanma düşüncesinde Montesquieu’nun yerini belirlemekle birlikte Türk siyasal yapısına ve düşüncesine etkisini değerlendirmektir. İnsan yaşamının her aşamasını etkileyen Aydınlanma düşüncesi ile değişimi katı bir şekilde gerçekleştiren Fransız Aydınlanması’nın temel özellikleri ve düşünürleri çalışmanın belirleyici konuları olacaktır. Buna ek olarak, söz konusu dönemin tartışma konuları zemininde Montesquieu’nun siyaset bilimi alanına katkılarını nedenleriyle birlikte ortaya çıkarmaktır. Nitekim modern devletin vazgeçilmez unsurlarından birisi olarak görülen kuvvetler ayrılığı ilkesi, bu dönemde bireylerin özgürlüğünü koruyabilmek için Montesquieu tarafından belirlenmiştir. Sosyolojiye ve siyaset bilimine önemli katkılar yaptığı kabul edilen Montesquieu’nun, ortaya koymuş olduğu kanun anlayışı ve özgürlükleri teminat altına alan kuvvetler ayrılığı ilkesiyle sergilemiş olduğu Aydınlanmacı tutumu, Fransız Aydınlanması bağlamında değerlendirilecek ve Aydınlanma düşüncesindeki yeri belirlenecektir. Bu katkılar bağlamında, Türk siyasal yapısında ve düşüncesinde rejim değişikliğinin gerçekleştiği Cumhuriyet döneminin sosyolojik ve siyasal durumları değerlendirilecektir. Böylelikle modern devletin inşası sürecindeki Türk siyasal yapısında ve düşüncesinde, sosyolojik bakış açısı, yasa anlayışı, özgürlük anlayışı ve kuvvetler ayrılığı ilkesiyle ön plana çıkan Montesquieu’nun etkisi belirlenecektir. Aynı zamanda bu çalışma, Türk siyasal yapısının ve düşüncesinin, modern devlet anlayışına kaynaklık eden demokrasi ve kuvvetler ayrılığı ilkesi gibi konular karşısındaki konumunu belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study is to determine Montesquieu’s place in Enlightenment thougt and to evaluate its effect on Turkish political structure and thought. The main features and thinkers of the French enlightenment, which enacted the change in the Enlightenment thought that affect every stage of human life, will be the defining subjects of the study. In addition, it is to reveal Montesquieu’s contributions to the field of political science with its reasons on the basis of debates of the period in question. Thus, the basic rules of the modern state, which were sees as indispensable, were determined in this period. The Enlightenment attitude of Montesquieu, which is accepted to hame made important contributions to sociology and political science, with the principle of separation of powers guranteeing freedoms, will be evaluated in the context of French Enlightenment and its place in Enlightenment thought will be determined. In the context of these contributions, the sociological and political situations of the Republican period in which regime change took place in Turkish political structure and thought will be evaluated. In this way, the influence of Montesquieu on the Turkish political structure and thought during the construction of the modern state, which comes to the forefront with the sociological perspective, understanding of the law, understanding of freedom and separation of power, will be determined. At the same time, this study aims to determine the position of the Turkish political structure and thought in the face of such issues as the principle of democracy and the separation of powers which are the sources of modern state understanding. | en_US |
