dc.description.abstractAn assessment of fontanels and monitoring of head cimcumference are important in infants. Early closure of the fontanels and sutures can cause neurological anomalies. Wormian bone, which is anormal variation, should be kept in mind in infants whose fontanel is closed but theincrease of head circumference and physical examination is normal. Herein we report a case of infant presented with closed fontanel due to Wormian bone and want to emphasize the importance of the subject.
