dc.description.abstractAraştırma, web tabanlı eğitimin hemşirelerin sedasyon yönetimi hakkındaki bilgi ve uygulamalarına etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Haziran 2018- Mart 2019 tarihleri arasında Sivas Numune Hastanesi Anestezi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi 1-2-3' de görev yapan 62 hemşire oluşturdu. Araştırma; ön test-son test, yarı deneysel desende yapıldı. Verilerin toplanmasında; 'Hemşire Tanıtım Formu', 'Yoğun Bakım Hemşireleri İçin Sedasyon Yönetimi Bilgi Değerlendirme Formu' ve 'Hemşirelerin Sedasyon Yönetimi Uygulamaları Gözlem Formu' kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirmesinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama ve ki-kare testi kullanıldı. Çalışmaya alınan hemşirelerin %77.4'ünün kadın, %67.7'sinin lisans mezunu ve %43.5'i 5 yıl ve üzerinde yoğun bakım ünitesinde görev yaptığı ve yaş ortalamasının 29.54±5.96 olduğu belirlendi. Hemşirelerin web tabanlı eğitime katılım sürelerinin ortalaması 12.6±7.4 dakika olduğu ve eğitim düzeyi yüksek olan hemşirelerin web tabanlı eğitime katılma sürelerinin daha fazla olduğu, ancak ünitede çalışma süresi uzun olan hemşirelerin web tabanlı eğitime katılma sürelerinin daha kısa olduğu belirlendi. Hemşirelerin web tabanlı eğitim sonrasında, sedasyon yönetimine yönelik bilgi ve uygulamalarında anlamlı düzeyde artış olduğu belirlendi. Yoğun bakım ünitelerinde ajitasyonun erken tanılanması ve etkili ajitasyon-sedasyon yönetimi sağlanmasında; hemşirelerin hizmet içi eğitimlerinde web tabanlı eğitim yöntemleri kullanılarak bilgilerinin arttırılması ve nonfarmakolojik hemşirelik uygulamalarını yapmaları konusunda desteklenmeleri gereklidir. dc.description.abstractThe aim of the present study was to evaluate the effects of the web-based education on the knowledge and practices of nurses on sedation management. The sample of the study consisted of 62 nurses working in Sivas Numune Hospital Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit 1-2-3 between June 2018 and March 2019. The research was conducted in pretest-posttest and semi-experimental design. 'Nurse Promotion Form', 'Sedation Management Information Assessment Form for Intensive Care Nurses' and 'Nurses' Observation Form in Sedation Management' were used in data collection. The statistical analysis included frequency, percentage, mean and chi-square test. It was determined that 77.4% of the nurses included in the study were women, 67.7% of them were undergraduate graduates and 43.5% of them worked in the intensive care unit for 5 years or more and the average age was 29.54 ± 5.96. It was determined that the average duration of nurses' participation in web-based education was 12.6±7.4 minutes and that the nurses with a high level of education had more time to participate in web-based education but nurses whose working time is long in the unit have shorter time to participate in web-based education. After the web-based training of nurses, it was determined that there was a significant increase in the knowledge and practices of sedation management. In early diagnosis of agitation and providing effective agitation-sedation management in intensive care units; It is necessary to increase nurses knowledge by using web-based training methods and support in use of non-pharmacological nursing approaches.
