Özet
Pleomorfik adenom parotis bezinde en sık görülen bening tümördür. Ayrıca minör tükrük bezlerinden de köken alabilir. Pleomorfik adenomlar boyunda herhangi bir lokalizasyon - da görülebilir ve nadiren parafaringeal boşluğa doğru stilomandibüler ligament ile ramus mandibulanın posterioruna doğru uzanırlar ve bu durumda dumb-bell pleomorfik ade - nom olarak adlandırılırlar. Literatürde önceden bildirilmiş olmasına rağmen oldukça nadir görüldüğünden burada dubm-bell pleomorfik adenom olgusunu sunmak istedik.
Pleomorphic adenoma is the most common benign tumor of parotid gland and it can be originated from minor salivary glands, also. It can present in any location of neck but rarely, the mass extends from posterior part of ramus mandibula through stylomandibular ligament towards the parapharyngeal space and called as dumb-bell pleomorphic adenoma. Although it has been reported in literature before, as it is rarely seen; herein, we aimed to report a case with dumb-bell pleomorphic adenoma.
