Özet
Projenin hazırlanması ve uygulanması safhasında Sivas-Kangal yol hattındaki yol bakım ve onarım çalışmaları alanında yürütülecek olan faaliyetler dikkate alınarak bir risk analizi planı hazırlanmış ve bu plan çerçevesinde çalışma sahasında yapılacak imalatlar doğrultusunda uygulanacak kuralları belirleyen bir sağlık ve güvenlik planı hazırlanmıştır. Projede çalışacak çalışan sayısının 50'nin üzerinde olması durumunda organizasyon içerisinde görev yapacak olan iş güvenliği uzmanı ve işyeri hekimi aracılığıyla, projenin uygulama safhasında ortaya çıkabilecek muhtemel risklere karşı tüm çalışmalarının yer alacağı bir Sağlık ve Güvenlik Planı oluşturulmuştur. • Yol bakım ve onarım çalışmalarında mesleki risklerin engellenmesi, sağlık ve güvenliğin korunması, risk ve kaza faktörlerinin ne şekilde ortadan kaldırılacağı, • Yol bakım ve onarım çalışmalarında görev alacak çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konusunda ne şekilde eğitileceği, tehlikelere karşı nasıl bilgilendirileceği, görüşlerinin alınmasının önemi başarı oranının artırılması amacıyla dengeli katılımların nasıl sağlanacağı, Yol bakım ve onarım çalışmalarında oluşabilecek veya ihtimal barındıran tehlike önceden dikkatli ve ayrıntılı şekilde tespit edilmiş, bunlara ilişkin risklere karşı alınacak tedbirlere karşı yöntemler belirlenerek, risk faktörleri tam olarak ortadan kardırılmış veya asgariye indirilmiştir.
During the preparation and implementation phase of the project, a risk analysis plan was prepared taking into account the activities to be carried out in the field of road maintenance and repair works, and a health and safety plan was prepared within the framework of this plan, determining the rules to be applied in line with the productions to be made in the work site. In case the number of employees to work in the project is over 50, a Health and Safety Plan has been created by the occupational safety specialist and workplace doctor who will work in the organization, where all the work will take place against possible risks that may arise during the implementation phase of the project. • Prevention of occupational risks in road maintenance and repair works, protection of health and safety, how to eliminate risk and accident factors, • How to train employees who will take part in road maintenance and repair works on occupational health and safety, how to be informed about dangers, how to get their opinions and how to ensure balanced participation in order to increase the success rate, The hazards that may occur or pose a possibility during road maintenance and repair works have been determined carefully and in detail beforehand, the methods to be taken against the risks related to these are determined, and the risk factors have been completely eliminated or minimized.
