| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET Finansal kiralama (leasing) çok eski tarihlerden beri çeşitli şekil ve türlerde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu toprak ve gemi kiralamaları gibi çeşitli tarihi belgelerden anlaşılmaktadır. Bu anlamda leasingin son 10-15 yıl içinde ortaya çıktığım düşünmek yanlış olur. Geçtiğimiz son 50 yıl içerisinde leasing, tüm Dünya' da ve tabiki ülkemizde de özellikle 2000 ve 2002 yılında yaşanan ekonomik krizlerden sonra büyük bir gelişme göstermiştir. Özü itibariyle ekonomik açıdan yeterli özsermayesi olmayan şirketlerin ihtiyaç duydukları makine ve ekipmanı yani yatırım mallarım kiralayarak düşük sermayeli müteşebbisin yatırım yapmasına olanak sağlamıştır. Leasingin gelişmesine bağlı olarak leasing türleri de çeşitlilik göstermiş ve leasing türlerinin sayılan artmıştır Dünyada ve ülkemizde yapılan yatırımların önemli bir kısmım leasing şirketleri finanse etmiştir. Türk insanının yatırıma kendi mal varlığı ile sahip olma isteği ülkemizde leasing sektörünün hak ettiği noktaya ulaşmasını engellemiştir. Ülkemizde leasing sektörü Avrupa ve Amerika kadar gelişmemiş olmasına rağmen pek çok gelişmekte olan ülkeden daha ileri bir noktada bulunmaktadır. Leasingin gelişmesi için hukuki düzenlemelerin pek çok gelişmiş ülkeden daha önce yapılmasına karşın, ülkemizde çeşitli aralıklarla yaşanan krizler leasingin gelişimini de engellemiştir. Şuan ülkemizde leasing sektörü gün geçtikçe tanınmakta ve leasing ile finanse edilen mallar çeşitlenip artmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | SUMMARY Since very early times, leasing come on to the scene in various forms and types. This can be seen in various historical documents such as land and ship leasing. For this reason, it would be wrong to believe that leasing have come into existence in the last ten or fifteen years. In the last fifty years, leasing in the whole world, and of course in Turkey especially after the economic crises of 2000 and 2002, have greatly improved. In essence, it made it possible for the companies not having enough proprietary capital to rent the equipments and machines they need and it let the entrepreneurs with low capital make investments. In accordance with the development of the leasing, leasing types have varied and their number has increased. Leasing companies have financed a great majority of the investments both in our country and in the world. Our people's desire to become the owner of the investment by means of their own property holdings prevented the leasing sector to reach the point it deserves. Though leasing sector is not as developed as it is in Europe and United States, it is in a much better situation than most of the developing countries. Although the legal arrangements necessary for the development of the leasing have been done before many developed countries, economic crises experienced periodically in our country hindered the development of the leasing. Currently, leasing sector is being more recognized day by day and the commodities financed by leasing vary and increase. II | en_US |
