dc.description.abstractArap dili, kadim oluşunun yanı sıra Kur'an dili olmasıyla gelişmiş bir dildir. Bu gelişmişliğin, ana dili Arapça olmayanlara aktarılması amacıyla "Cemî Mükesser" konusu Sarf İlmi açısından bu tezde incelenmiştir. Arap dilinde Cemîler, Cemî Sâlim ve Cemî Mükesser; Cemî Sâlimler ise Cemî Müzekker Sâlim ve Cemî Müennes Sâlim olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşur. Tezimizde başlıca bahsedilen Cemî Mükesserler, kıyasî ve semâî vezinlerden oluşmaktadır. Cemî Mükesser vezinleri ise Cemî Kıllet ve Cemî Kesret olmak üzere iki başlıkta toplanmıştır. Cemî kıllet vezinlerinden ittifakla kabul edilen dört vezne, cemî kesret vezinlerinden en çok ittifak edilen on altı vezne yer verilmiştir. Cemî mükesser vezinlerinin Kur'an-ı Kerim'deki örnekleri üzerinden cemînin; müfredi, vezni, manası, kullanım amacı, kıyasî ve semâî durumları incelenmiştir. Cemî Mükesser vezinleri haricindeki "Müntehe'l-Cumû" vezinlerine ve ayrıca cemî mükesser vezinlerinden olmayıp da mana ve yapı olarak benzeri olan "İsmi Cemî, İsmi Cinsi Cemî, İsmi Cinsi İfradî ve Cemu'l-Cemî" konularına değinilmiştir. dc.description.abstractArab language is an advanced language thanks to be ancient also language of Qur'an. This development is investigated with the purpose of transferring to people who are mother language isn't Arabic in terms of ?arf. In Arab language, jami? comprises of jami? sâlim and jami? mukesser; jami? sâlim comprises of jami? mudhekker sâlim and jami? muenneth sâlim as two groups. The main mentioned jami? mudhekker consists of qiy?si and sam??i poetic meters. Jami? mukesser poetic meters are collected as jami? qillaa and jami? kethraa. The four poetic meters from jami? qillaa poetic meters are accepted with alliance, the sixteen poetic meters from jami? kethraa are most accepted with alliance are gave place. Jami?'s singular, poetic meter, meaning, using aim, qiy?si and sam??i situations are investigated as jami? mukesser poetic meters are used in Qur'an. Except of jami? mukesser poetic meters, "munta?a'l-jum??" poetic meters and also "ismi jami? (community names)", "ismi jinsi jami? (plural of species)", "ismi jinsi ifr?d? (uncountable nouns)" and "jam?u'l-jami? (plural of plural)" that are not jami? mukesser poetic meters but similar in terms of meaning and structure are mentioned.
