Sivas il merkezi'ndeki lokanta çalışanlarında Brucella seropozitifliği

Abstract

Bu çalışma Sivas İl Merkezi'ndeki lokantalarda çalışanlar içinden basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 108 kişide uygulanmıştır. Alınan kan örnekleri Brucella aglütinasyon yöntemi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bu değerlendirme sonucunda 108 çalışanın üçünde (%2.8) Brucella seropozitifliği saptanmıştır. Yaş ve işte çalışma süresi ile Brucella seropozitifliği arasında bir ilişki saptanmamıştır (p> 0.05).

This study was made on 108 subjects selected by simple random sampling from restaurant workers in the Sivas City Center. The blood samples were evaluated with Brucella agglutination. As a result, in 3 (2.8%) of 108 subjects Brucella seropositivity was found. There was no relationship between age, months/years spent in the job and Brucella seropositivity (p> 0.05).
